• Abstracts regulatory agency required data using concurrent and retrospective methods.
• Analyzes data for trends and patterns to support performance improvement initiatives.
• Intervenes with clinical staff to meet compliance requirements and resolve barriers.
• Reviews medical records for adherence to standards and elements of performance.
• Completes reports effectively and efficiently within established timeframes.
• Adheres to the timeframes for regulatory agency data submission and alerts Department Leader or designee of any issues.
• Maintains reports to summarize key issues as a resource for performance improvement.
• Collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation.
• Supports evidence-based practices through diligent analysis and feedback.
• Contributes to enhancing the quality of patient care through data integrity and reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.
