This role goes beyond producing reports and dashboards—it requires someone who enjoys investigating workforce challenges, identifying opportunities, challenging assumptions, and translating ambiguous business questions into actionable recommendations. The Senior HR Data Specialist serves as a strategic partner to our HR Shared Services teams and key business leaders by leveraging data to diagnose root causes, improve processes, influence decisions, and enhance workforce outcomes. Success in this role requires strong ownership, initiative, and business acumen. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, and using data storytelling, visualization, and analytics to communicate compelling insights to leaders at all levels of the organization.

Education:
• Bachelor's [Required]
• Master's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
• in human resources, finance, or business, or related field
• in finance, accounting or analytics
Work Experience:
• 4+ relevant experience [Required]
• 5+ business acquisition project management including due diligence analysis, integrating business process, migrating data, tracking and resolving complex issues lists, meeting milestones [Required]
• 5+ leading and managing complex data driven projects (preferably in a medium to large size company) [Preferred]
• 5+ relevant hris system experience, including erp system implementation [Required]
• Professional work experience in a healthcare setting [Preferred]
