Junior Construction Project Manager

Advice is hiring for Gunite Pools of Nassau located in Nassau, Bahamas. This position will be based in the Bahamas. The selected candidate will manage all aspects of Project Engineering/Site Engineering/Architectural Design/ Job Pricing and Estimating/Payroll for projects, and work with scheduling of the various pool construction jobs. Ensure that materials are on-site in advance of the workforce Ensure that special orders are to be made that they have been ordered, delivered, and ensure that all these special orders for the various jobs are made well in advance and their arrival on site is confirmed. It is imperative that the orders are on a schedule and the order is visual in the office for all to see. Partner with the team to ensure the collection of funds for contracts (accounts receivable) and confirm weekly that payments are reviewed for accounts payable to process. Planning, scheduling, and subcontract management. You must always be familiar with all aspects of the jobs that we are in the process of executing and be familiar with any engineering/supervision and production aspects of the job. Keep up to date with all correspondence with consultants and owner’s representatives. Professionally represent Gunite Pools of Nassau Ltd. Requisitos The selected candidate must have a degree in Architecture or Engineering, with solid hands-on experience in on-site construction (not limited to design or office-based roles). Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. A good command of English, both spoken and written, is required to ensure effective communication with clients, consultants, and on-site teams. The role requires someone who is self-driven, open-minded, and willing to learn, with a calm and patient demeanor, yet persistent and results-oriented when it comes to getting things done.
