Attention to Detail: Do you notice the little things others might miss? From perfect table settings to refilling glasses before guests ask, you’ll anticipate needs and maintain high standards throughout the entire service. Precision and discretion are part of your natural rhythm.

Upselling & Guest Experience: Can you enhance the experience with subtle suggestions? Whether it’s recommending a wine pairing or highlighting a special dish, you’ll use your knowledge to subtly guide guests toward the best possible choices—adding value to both their meal and the business.

Fluent in English & Italian is a must

3+ years of hospitality experience is a plus

Must be a natural host and passionate about the hospitality industry in general

Flexible schedule - long hours and regular evening event coverage can be necessary

Ability to make thoughtful decisions and give constructive criticism

Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by guests

Maintains regular attendance in compliance with Aethos Hotel Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel

Maximizes efforts towards productivity, identifies problem areas, and assists in implementing solutions

Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times, whilst remaining genuine

Professional development and training opportunities, with possibilities for growth within the Aethos brand
