Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Paid Media Intern with sharp analytical skills and a creative mindset. In this role, you'll support the setup and launch of advertising campaigns primarily on Meta Ads for all Aethos hotels, clubs & restaurants while collaborating with our brand marketing team and regional marketing coordinators to source the right assets and creatives. You will also be responsible for creating monthly meta ads performance reports and gain exposure to Google Ads & Google Analytics as part of your learning journey.

What you’ll do

Reporting directly to the Paid Media Manager, the Paid Media Intern will support the Global Marketing team by:

Setting up and managing paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok, including audience targeting, editing / uploading creatives and copy, and conducting post-campaign analysis to identify areas for improvement.

Collaborating with global and regional marketing teams to source and edit creative assets for Meta ad campaigns.

Assisting with content localization and translations to ensure relevance across different markets.

Analyzing & reporting monthly on campaign performance using tools such as Meta Ads platform, Google Analytics and Excel to help guide strategic decisions.

You are fluent in English.

Passion for the digital marketing industry and its best practices.

Creative Skills: Experience with photo editing tools like Canva or Photoshop.

Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proactive Mindset: Ability to take initiative by planning and launching meta ad campaigns around events, promotions, and key moments.

Highly Organized: Detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills - able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Team Player: Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Curious & Adaptable: Eagerness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest tools, platforms, and trends in digital marketing.

Bonus: You're currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or have previous experience in a similar field.
