The Business Finance - Productivity Solutions Division Director Serves as the primary Business Finance partner for the Productivity Solutions Division (PSD) providing financial leadership and decision support to the Division GM/VP and their staff within the Division (Software & Automation business). You will partners closely with commercial, product, R&D and functional leaders to drive business performance, recurring revenue expansion and profitable growth, while leveraging support from the FP&A Center of Excellence (COE) for standardized planning, reporting and analytics.

Partner with Division business leaders to provide financial guidance, challenge assumptions and support operational decision-making across geographically dispersed businesses.

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management translating business drivers into actionable financial insights and recommendations.

Assist with optimizing recurring revenue growth through pricing strategy, customer acquisition, renewals, retention, software attach and customer lifetime value.

Monitor business performance, identifying risks, opportunities and actions to improve growth, profitability and resource allocation.

Oversee business cases and financial analyses to support investments, product development, commercial initiatives and portfolio decisions.

Collaborate with the FP&A COE to ensure high-quality planning, reporting and analytical outputs, enabling greater focus on forward-looking business partnering.

Leverage data, automation and AI-enabled tools to improve forecasting accuracy, accelerate insights and enhance decision support.

Requirements
~1 min readBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering or related field; MBA, CPA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience supporting software, SaaS, automation, digital or other technology-enabled businesses within a complex global organization.
Strong understanding of software business models including recurring revenue, subscription economics, customer retention, pricing, cloud delivery models and product lifecycle management.
Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders to shape strategy, evaluate investments, optimize resource allocation and deliver profitable growth.
Experience leading financial planning, forecasting, business performance management and executive decision support in a matrixed global environment.
Demonstrated ability to leverage digital technologies, automation, AI and advanced analytics to improve finance effectiveness and business insight.
Strong executive presence with the ability to synthesize complex business issues into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
