Recruitment Intern (Paid Internship)

Agile Pro Solutions (APS), headquartered in the USA, is currently growing its team in Skopje. We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Intern (Paid Internship) to support our hiring operations and help us identify top talent for our clients. This internship provides hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing candidates to supporting offer processes, making it an excellent opportunity to develop practical HR and recruiting skills. Working hours: Monday – Friday: 1pm – 9pm (13:00 – 21:00); Location: Skopje (on-site) Responsibilities Collaborate with the onboarding team to understand hiring needs, project requirements, and desired candidate profiles Support sourcing efforts using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and headhunting techniques Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and fit Assist in administering skill tests or coordinating technical evaluations Prepare candidate profiles and present shortlisted candidates to the HR Manager Support interview scheduling and coordination between candidates and hiring teams Assist in offer preparation and help address candidate inquiries regarding compensation and benefits Help draft and process HR documentation, including offer letters Stay updated on industry trends, talent markets, and recruitment best practices Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment regulations and internal processes Contribute to maintaining smooth and continuous recruitment operations Requirements Advanced English, strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask Interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms Basic understanding of recruitment processes or willingness to learn Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Benefits Paid Internship: Gain practical, hands-on experience and get paid for it Mentorship: Work closely with experienced recruiters and receive guidance throughout the program Career Opportunity: End-of-program evaluation with potential transition into a full-time role APS Privilege Card – Discount club card US Career from Macedonia: Build your international career path and develop valuable technical expertise At APS, our employees and organizational culture are our greatest assets.
