About the Role
~1 min readThis role is responsible for planning, launching, and managing campaigns and engagement programmes from start to finish. The incumbent will work closely with different stakeholders to develop effective campaigns, monitor results, analyse performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. Through data insights and creative communications, the role helps drive participation, engagement, and business growth. The candidate requires proactive and results-driven professional with strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.

- →Lead the planning, design, and execution of incentive campaigns, rewards programmes, recognition initiatives, and communication activities.
- →Develop campaign strategies, mechanics, qualification criteria, and rewards structures to support business objectives.
- →Prepare campaign proposals, business cases, and recommendations for management approval.
- →Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and provide insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and engagement.
- →Prepare business reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance updates to support decision-making.
- →Work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and business partners to ensure successful project delivery.
- →Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and effective stakeholder communication.
- →Develop communication and promotional plans and create engaging content across various communication channels.
- →Generate innovative ideas to enhance campaign visibility, participant engagement, and user experience.
- →Act as project leaders, lead junior members to ensure high-quality campaign planning and execution from end-to-end.
- →Manage campaign budgets, resources, reward fulfilment, and operational processes effectively.
- →Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support business transformation initiatives.
- →Support special projects, company events, and other ad hoc assignments as required.
- →Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and / or other requirements.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, Communications, Finance, or related disciplines.
- 7-10 years of experience in campaign management, incentive programs, rewards management, business analytics, agency support, or related functions.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or sales performance management is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business actions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong business mindset with excellent analytical and communication skills
- Good leadership and presentation skills
- Strong ownership and passionate to campaign and rewards
- Independent and well-organized with data-driven mindset.
- Good team player and proactive to participate in a team.
- The incumbent is required to obtain relevant license if the job involves in regulated activities.
