We are seeking a highly analytical Marketing Strategy and Project Senior Manager to work directly with the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer (CMCO), North America. This is a high-visibility and unique opportunity to sit at the center of marketing, helping shape how priorities are set, performance is measured, and strategic initiatives are executed.
The role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, program assessment, analytics, and operations, bringing structure, insights, and execution rigor to the priority marketing programs and leadership initiatives.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, NA on marketing planning, prioritization, and execution across key initiatives
Drive coordination across teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and strong follow-through
Help manage high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Analyze marketing performance across all programs to identify key insights, areas of excellence, trends, and opportunities
Conduct targeted analyses to support strategic decision-making and improve market effectiveness
Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership
Develop concise, high-quality presentations and materials for senior leadership
Synthesize complex information into clear, structured narratives and recommendations
Support preparation for leadership meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions
Remain current on emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices relevant to marketing and communications
Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency, and ways of working through new tools, smarter processes, and evolving ways of working
Requirements

Ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver clear, actionable outputs
Strong communication skills and professional presence
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high expectation environment
Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing or related field). Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus
For positions based in Illinois, the base salary range is $115,000 - $140,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
