Technical Program Manager

As a Technical Program Manager at Ajaib, you will be at the forefront of our innovation, playing a vital role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technology programs that drive our mission forward. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and designers, to ensure that programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.

• →Define and manage the program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• →Lead program planning, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and timeline management.
• →Facilitate communication and coordination across multiple teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• →Monitor program progress, identify blockers, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• →Analyze program performance metrics and provide updates to senior management.
• →Foster a culture of continuous improvement through feedback and optimization.

• →Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• →A minimum of 2 years of experience in program management or project management, preferably in technology or software development environments.
• →Proven experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira).
• →Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
• →Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• →Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• →Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• →Certifications in PMP, Scrum Master, or similar are a plus.
