Job Description: We are seeking skilled preferably Chartered Accountant to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various financial activities including working on government policies. As a Chartered Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities: 1. Government Policy: Government policies framework and ensuring benefits arising out of Government policies. 2. Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, standards, and legal requirements. Present financial reports to management, clients, and other stakeholders as necessary. 3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections. 4. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, ratio analysis, and trend analysis. Identify key financial indicators and provide insights to aid decision making processes. 5. Professional Development: Stay updated with industry trends, accounting standards, and best practices. Pursue continuous professional development opportunities and share knowledge with colleagues. Qualifications: 1. Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred. 2. 2-3 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant or in a similar role. 3. Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques. 4. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications. 5. Expert Level accounting knowledge
