Job Description & ComplexityThe Contracts Department is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Intern to support the accurate and timely processing of contract-related information.
Responsibilities
~1 min read· Accurately enter, update, and maintain contract data in internal systems.
· Review documents for completeness and consistency before input.
· Organize digital and physical contract records for easy retrieval.
· Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
· Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Requirements
~1 min read· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Current college student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field.
· Familiarity with basic contract concepts or willingness to learn.
· Previous experience involving data entry, administrative work, or document management.
· Work schedule of up to 35 hours per week, with some flexibility based on department needs.
· Pay range is based on experience between $18–$25 per hour.
· Must be able to maintain focus and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
· Reliable attendance and consistent communication with the team are expected.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity and accountability.
