- Analyze global rare earth supply chains and evaluate market trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Identify, research, and engage with potential suppliers that support critical mineral sourcing strategies.
- Track and report on sourcing initiatives, cost reduction activities, process improvements, and key program objectives.
- Develop presentations and recommendations to support strategic sourcing decisions and business planning.
- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Supply Chain Management, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Students entering their Junior, Senior, or Master's program at the start of the upcoming academic term.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of information and identify key insights, trends, and recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to summarize complex technical or business topics into clear, concise presentations and reports.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- GPA of 3.0 or above (Candidates will be required to provide an official or unofficial transcript during the application process for verification.)
- Ability to perform work onsite at Franklin, TN.
