🚀 We’re Hiring: Laserfiche Developer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Laserfiche Developer to join our team and help design, develop, and maintain automated workflows, eForms, and business process solutions within the Laserfiche platform.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about process automation, document management, and optimizing operational efficiency through secure and scalable solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain Laserfiche Workflows, Business Processes, and eForms
• Configure process logic, routing rules, and task automation
• Integrate Laserfiche with external systems, databases, and web services
• Troubleshoot, test, and deploy workflow solutions
• Configure metadata, templates, folder structures, and security permissions
• Perform SQL database lookups and implement data validation rules
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Document processes, configurations, and workflow changes
• Provide end-user support and training for workflows and repository usage
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization

🔹 Required Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience developing eForms and workflow solutions
• Experience with tools such as Google Forms, Adobe Forms, DocuSign Workflow, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of SQL database lookups, metadata configuration, and validation rules
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

🔹 Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Laserfiche Workflow, Forms, and Business Process modules
• Familiarity with Laserfiche Administration Console, security configuration, and template management
• Laserfiche Certified Professional (LCP) certification is a plus
• Experience with Laserfiche SDK, C#, or JavaScript
• Familiarity with IIS and Microsoft Entra ID integration
• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, education, or government
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies
