We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate (Farmer) to support our recruitment team by managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your recruiting career while working alongside an experienced Talent Acquisition team.
Responsibilities
~1 min readβ’ Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
β’ Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
β’ Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
β’ Support recruiters with interview scheduling, candidate communications, and recruitment administration.
β’ Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process.
β’ Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Operations teams to support hiring initiatives.
β’ Assist with sourcing activities and talent pipeline management when needed.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
β
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
β
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
β
High attention to detail and accuracy.
β
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
β
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
β
Previous experience in Recruitment, Human Resources, or Customer Service is preferred but not required.
β
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for helping people.
β Experience coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.
β Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
β Strong customer service mindset.
β Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
β A collaborative approach and desire to continuously learn and grow.
