Now we're looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Hosted Events team and help us bring even more of those moments to life.
About the Role
~1 min readYou'll be the primary point of contact for corporate clients across Australia who are planning something for their teams — think team-building events, end-of-year celebrations, Kids entertainment and more. Your job is to understand what they need, match them to the right experience, and turn their enquiry into a booking they'll want to repeat.
This is a relationship-driven, corporate-facing sales role where you'll spend most of your time building and managing B2B client relationships. You'll work across inbound and outbound enquiries, develop partnerships with corporate accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to make sure every event is delivered to a high standard. Previous corporate or B2B sales experience is highly valued — but what matters most is that you're polished, people-first, and genuinely motivated to deliver great outcomes for clients. We'll give you the training and tools — you bring the drive.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage corporate sales enquiries end-to-end, from first contact through to booking
- →Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients and B2B partners
- →Understand client needs and confidently recommend tailored experience packages
- →Identify opportunities to grow and retain corporate accounts
- →Deliver exceptional, professional service while managing event administration
- →Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery
- →Support sales across our broader range of experiences including kids' parties, wine tours and individual celebrations as needed
- A polished, confident communicator who builds genuine rapport with corporate clients
- Experience in B2B or corporate sales is highly valued
- Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
- A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Passion for creating exceptional client experiences
- Relationship management experience is a strong plus
- Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Converting corporate enquiries into bookings and repeat business
- Building a loyal base of corporate clients who return and refer
- Supporting the team to deliver events flawlessly through attention to detail
