We are looking for a sales coordinator to join the administration team on a 3 month FTC basis to cover a period of maternity leave. Within this role you will be supporting the sales team and wider business with the aim of continuing our growth within the Retail and European Distributor markets.

Working closely and providing administrative support to the account management team you will have the opportunity to coordinate the completion of tasks supporting our sales and marketing efforts.  This role will be the conduit between internal departments and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Support the National Account Managers with a portfolio of retail accounts, maintaining promotional plans and completing general administration tasks as required
  • Liaise with Product Development to ensure product set-up forms are completed accurately for a portfolio of retailers
  • Assist the Brand Protection team with SharkNinja Partner Programme enforcement, including identifying and sending communications to offending sellers
  • Assist the Brand Protection team with monitoring a central inbox for Partner Programme enforcement and assistance
  • Any other Sales administrative task as reasonably required by the business

  • Good computer literacy and experience in Microsoft Office programs, including word, PowerPoint & advanced Excel
  • Fluent English and Polish 
  • High level of attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills across several mediums
  • The ability to absorb information and understand the impact it has on your role
