About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Coordinator to support day-to-day treasury operations and FP&A activities. This role will assist with key operational tasks that help ensure smooth cash management and forecasting processes, while enabling the Treasury Manager to focus on automation and process improvement initiatives that support the continued growth of the finance function.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in treasury operations, including financial forecasting, cash flow analysis, and banking administration.
Responsibilities
~1 min read· Assist with maintaining and updating the weekly 13-week cash forecast, including gathering inputs from operating units and validating data.
· Partner with local accounting teams to support banking security administration and maintain bank filters and controls.
· Monitor and summarize approval requests from local teams related to treasury activities.
· Assist with reviewing monthly financial reports and identifying potential variances or discrepancies for follow-up.
Requirements
~1 min read· Basic understanding of financial statements, cash management concepts, and banking products.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with financial models or large datasets.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $23.38/hr-$28.58/hr
