Pay and Miles

Drivers earn an average of $1,750 to $1,850 per week while running approximately 3,500 miles per week. All dispatched miles are paid, whether loaded or empty, helping maximize weekly earning potential.

Additional fuel bonus opportunities are available through the company's MPG incentive program.

Home Time and Running Areas

This position is designed around a balanced schedule that keeps drivers moving while still providing regular time at home. Drivers typically spend 4-6 nights on the road before returning for a 34-hour reset one week and a 48-hour reset the following week.

Equipment

Drivers operate late-model International LT trucks equipped with 71-inch sleepers, automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, and space for a refrigerator. Equipment is maintained through Penske's nationwide maintenance network to help minimize downtime.

Assigned fleet managers work directly with drivers to support load planning, communication, and home-time scheduling.

Freight consists of general dry van freight with the majority being no-touch. Many loads are handled through drop-and-hook operations, helping reduce time spent waiting at customer locations.

Ideal Candidate

We're seeking CDL-A professionals who value strong earnings, frequent home time, and consistent freight. Qualified drivers must have a valid Class A CDL, at least 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience, and the ability to meet safety and driving standards.
