IT Support Analyst- 3578759

Our client, a well-regarded law firm in Houston, is seeking a full-time, in-office IT Support Analyst to join their Information Technology Services team. This entry-level role reports to the Director of IT and is ideal for professionals with 3 years of IT support experience, preferably within the legal industry.

• →Provide Tier 1 help desk support via ticketing system
• →Troubleshoot software, hardware, and networking issues for both onsite and remote users
• →Assist with user onboarding and offboarding
• →Maintain IT inventory and manage equipment check-in/out
• →Support anti-virus software, patch management, and network troubleshooting
• →Help maintain the help desk portal and document internal how-tos
• →Set up and support conference room tech and user phone/headset systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 11, Office Suite, and Active Directory
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
• Understanding of Group Policies, file and print services, and event log analysis
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Teams Telephony, and Ivanti systems
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills

• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
