Our client, a reputable and professional mid-size law firm in Chicago is looking for 2 Talent Coordinators to join their firm full-time, work in a hybrid capacity with 10 days month on site in downtown Chicago. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Talent team across the full employee lifecycle, including organizing, filing and updating documents, and preparing meeting minutes as needed.

Project Coordination: Assist in the implementation of talent initiatives by coordinating logistics, tracking progress, and ensuring timelines are met.

Communication Assistance: Help develop and disseminate internal communications regarding talent programs and initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across the firm.

Data Tracking: Monitor and maintain records related to talent initiatives, including engagement surveys and training programs, to support data-driven decision-making.

Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement events, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all participants.

Feedback Collection: Assist in gathering employee feedback on talent initiatives to inform continuous improvement and enhance the employee experience.

Continuous Learning: Stay informed about best practices and trends in talent management to contribute innovative ideas and support program enhancements.
