Client Care Consultant

We are hiring compassionate, service-driven professionals to support veterans and their families through virtual benefit consultations. This role offers the opportunity to continue serving your community from home while building long-term professional growth in a structured, supportive environment.

Clients request information about available benefit programs, and you will reach out to schedule and conduct virtual consultations. There is no cold calling, door-to-door outreach, or unsolicited prospecting.

  Contact individuals who have requested benefit information to schedule virtual consultations

  Meet with clients via Zoom to review available supplemental benefit options

• →

  Guide veterans and families through enrollment with clarity and professionalism

• →

  Maintain accurate digital documentation and follow-up communication

  Participate in team coaching sessions and professional development calls

• Must live and be authorized to work in the United States

• Windows-based laptop or PC with a working camera

• Reliable high-speed internet access

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to helping others
