Officer - Maintenance

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB 

The position holder will be responsible for – 

• The smooth functioning of Maintenance Department.
• Effective planning of Errection, Installation & commissioning of New machines / Projects. 
• Improve the efficiency of the machine. 
• Preventive and Routine maintenance of machines.
• Handling Energy saving project.
• Attending breakdown maintenance of machines.
• Planning preventive maintenance of machines.
• Controlling down time of machine by using Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown maintenance of vacuum forming, extrusion, injection moulding, pressure forming machine, laser punching, CNC router (6 Axis - slotting & profile cutting) and ancillaries’ machines maintenance of utilities like DG sets, air compressor, cooling towers, chillers, stacker, forklift etc.
