Assistant Project Manager | Construction

Project Coordination
● Support Project Managers throughout all phases of construction projects.
● Assist with project setup and maintenance within Procore.
● Track project milestones, schedules, and deliverables.
● Coordinate project documentation and administrative workflows.

Client & Stakeholder Communication
● Serve as a point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
● Assist with meeting coordination and follow-up communications.
● Ensure project updates and documentation are communicated accurately and on time.

Estimating & Takeoffs
● Perform quantity takeoffs using Bluebeam.
● Assist with estimating activities and bid preparation.
● Review plans, specifications, and project documents.
● Support budgeting and cost-tracking efforts.

Documentation & Compliance
● Manage project documentation, permits, and compliance records.
● Track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation.
● Ensure all project files are properly maintained and organized.

Project Management Support
● Assist project managers with day-to-day project execution.
● Monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
● Support reporting and performance tracking activities.

Qualifications
● Experience working in construction project management, estimating, or project
coordination.
● Proficiency with Procore.
● Proficiency with Bluebeam.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
● Estimating background or experience performing takeoffs.
● Experience supporting commercial or residential construction projects.
● Familiarity with construction contracts, drawings, specifications, and project controls.
