Life at ATB is about more than work. In fact, we’re consistently recognized as one of Canada's top employers thanks to our high-care, high-performance culture, upheld by the three commitments we make to our team members:
Impact in action: No matter where you are in the organization, you're empowered to make an impact in the lives of our clients and communities.
Thrive together: We want you—the unique, authentic you—to feel safe and celebrated at work. We're on a continuous journey to build the most flexible and inclusive programs.

* Build and maintain an active "Center of Influence" calling effort with accountants, lawyers, and industry associations to drive external referrals.

* Ensure all credit structures and underwriting recommendations reflect sound credit-granting principles and strictly adhere to ATB lending policies and procedures.
* Seamlessly coordinate with internal business units—including Capital Markets, Credit, Cash Management, Treasury, and Risk Advisory—to deliver holistic client solutions.
* Act as a senior leader within the office, actively driving sales team meetings, sharing best practices, and mentoring junior team members to foster ongoing professional development.
## Skills, Experience & Requirements
* A degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a related field coupled with relevant industry experience.
* An MBA, CFA, or professional accounting designation (CPA, CA) is considered a strong asset.
* Senior-level experience in commercial or corporate lending, with a proven track record in a direct origination role handling complex lending solutions.
* In-depth knowledge of corporate finance principles, sophisticated credit structures, and complex credit agreements.
* A demonstrable history of successfully maintaining an active sales pipeline, generating new enterprise business, and consistently meeting or exceeding growth targets.
