A Team Home Services is a growing home services company looking for a Talent Acquisition & Retention Specialist to help us attract, hire, onboard, and retain high-quality technicians, leaders, and support team members.
We're looking for a recruiting professional with experience identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across skilled trades and home services organizations. This role will focus on recruiting for a variety of positions, including technicians, lead technicians, sales professionals, dispatchers, customer service representatives, operations team members, and management roles.
The ideal candidate understands the unique challenges of recruiting in home services and skilled trades and can develop effective recruiting strategies that help build strong teams while supporting employee retention and long-term success.

Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition & Retention Specialist is responsible for the full recruiting lifecycle, onboarding support, retention initiatives, recruiting analytics, and hiring strategy across the organization.
This role owns recruiting operations, candidate pipelines, recruiting spend, job advertising strategy, recruiting tools, reporting, and retention follow-up processes.
This is not a people-management position. It is an individual contributor role responsible for owning recruiting efforts and influencing hiring outcomes across the organization.

  • Recruiting budget and ad plan
  • Job postings and sourcing strategy
  • Recruiting tools and vendor relationships
  • Candidate pipeline and reporting
  • Recommendations on where to spend recruiting dollars
  • Recruiting and retention metrics
  • 30/60/90-day follow-up support
  • Early turnover feedback and onboarding improvements
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, onboarding, or related HR experience preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for home services, skilled trades, construction, field service, sales, dispatch, customer service, or technician roles is strongly preferred.
Compensation
Base Salary
$70,000–$85,000 annually, depending on experience
Bonus Potential
$5,000–$12,000 annually
Total Compensation Potential
$75,000–$97,000 annually
The bonus program includes both ongoing recruiting and retention incentives as well as annual performance-based incentives.
Ongoing Bonus Criteria Include:
  • 90-day retention
  • 6-month progression
  • 12-month retention
  • Priority roles filled
  • Quality of hire
  • Onboarding completion
  • New-hire progression
Annual Performance Bonus Criteria Include:
  • Recruiting budget management
  • Job ad plan execution
  • Budget spend efficiency
  • Time-to-fill
  • Department manager feedback
  • Recruiting reporting
  • Candidate pipeline quality
  • Recommendations on recruiting spend
