Responsibilities

As a substitute AT, you will step in to provide seamless continuity of care for our partner schools. Your responsibilities will include:

  • On-Site Care: Provide injury prevention, evaluation, triage, and athletic training support for middle and high school athletic programs.
  • First Response: Serve as the primary medical authority and first responder during scheduled practices and competitions.
  • Collaborate: Partner with coaches, school staff, and families to ensure athletes receive high-quality, compassionate care.
  • Campus Support: Assist with campus wellness initiatives, such as monitoring the school’s weight room or helping with student safety protocols during your shifts.
  • Documentation: Clear, professional, and timely tracking of injuries, treatments, and referrals.
