Are you the person coworkers call when their computer "just stops working"? Atwell is hiring an experienced Technology Specialist to be the go-to tech problem-solver for employees nationwide — real infrastructure work, not just password resets.

Responsibilities

→Troubleshoot hardware, software, account & printer issues
→Support servers, networks, backups & data replication
→Deploy workstations, laptops, printers & Mitel VOIP phones
→Support AutoCAD and other design software
→Manage IT asset inventory and ticketing

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
7+ years of corporate IT support experience
Experience with MS Server, Windows 10, O365, Active Directory
Strong networking & troubleshooting skills
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

$30—$42 USD
