AutogenAI is scaling its go-to-market motion and we want to make every investment count. To do that, we need clean, connected, trustworthy data - from first touch to closed deal. You'll own the integrity of that data in HubSpot, keep our systems talking to each other, and turn what's in the CRM into insight the business can act on. You will manage data, refine processes, and facilitate collaboration across sales, marketing, and customer success teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, with exposure to key business operations and growth initiatives. 

  • Data Management & Reporting: 
    • Maintain data accuracy and integrity within Hubspot CRM and other integrated revenue tools.
    • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics such as pipeline health, lead conversion rates, and customer retention.
    • Perform data hygiene tasks, including de-duplicating records and updating contact details.
    • Ensure the proper integration of tools across the tech stack to support seamless data flow and reporting.
    • Track and analyse the prospect data that sits behind our account based marketing activity - helping us understand what's working, what isn't, and where to focus.
    • Work closely with marketing and sales, and use tools like Claude to build reporting that the business can actually act on. 
  • Top-of-funnel metrics
    • Your counterpart, Rehan, owns the bottom of funnel. You own the top. Together, you'll give AutogenAI a joined-up view of the revenue pipeline for the first time. 
  • Collaboration Across Teams:
    • Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment on key initiatives.
    • Support cross-functional projects, such as campaign tracking or onboarding improvements. 

You don't necessarily need to have done this job before. We're hiring someone who is built for it. 

  • systems thinker - you find the logic in how things connect, and you notice when something's broken or missing.
  • Comfortable in grey - this role won't have a prescribed task list; you're excited by a position that's evolving with you.
  • Analytically sharp - curious about data, and motivated by getting to the truth of a number. Comfortable using a number of analysis tools e.g. Excel, as well as presenting your conclusion. 
  • Resilient and self-directed - you can make progress without being told exactly how by asking intelligent questions and learning by doing.
  • Collaborative Spirit - Strong communication skills to foster alignment and teamwork across departments. 
  • AI literate - you are comfortable with different AI tooling and have a keen interest in improving your knowledge through self-learning.

A degree helps, but what we really care about is how your brain works. If you're someone who gets genuinely excited about systems, data integrity, and making sense of messy information - we'd love to hear from you. 

Nice to Have

  • You'll report directly to Richard, our CFO 
  • You'll work alongside one other Operations Analyst (bottom of funnel focus)
