Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Serve as a QC Administrator for LabWare LIMS and MODA, supporting QC-owned configurations, workflows, and master data.
- →Create, review, approve, and maintain master data including products, item codes, methods, specifications, stability protocols, and sample plans.
- →Provide frontline support to QC end users, including account setup, role management, troubleshooting, and training.
- →Test, maintain, and update existing LIMS and MODA modules to ensure system performance, data integrity, and compliance.
- →Support implementation of new system modules and enhancements in collaboration with IT, QA, and system vendors.
- →Document functional requirements, process flows, and configuration changes in accordance with change control requirements.
- →Execute system testing activities, including preparation of test plans, test scripts, and evaluation of results.
- →Support validation activities, including protocol review and execution support.
- →Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training materials related to QC administration of LIMS and MODA.
- →Identify system issues or design gaps and propose compliant, practical solutions to support QC operations.
- →Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to QC electronic systems.
- →Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
