Purpose of Position As an AdOps Intern,
As an AdOps Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in affiliate marketing and operations by supporting the AdOps team in the day-to-day management of advertiser accounts and operational processes.
Working alongside experienced team members, you will assist with transaction validation, data analysis, account maintenance and operational activities that help ensure the successful execution of affiliate marketing programmes.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented and eager to learn about affiliate marketing, tracking, attribution and operational excellence. You will have the opportunity to develop valuable experience working with data, processes, clients and internal teams in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Support the AdOps team in managing operational activities across advertiser accounts.
- Assist with transaction validation and monthly reconciliation processes.
- Monitor and review transaction, validation and tracking data, identifying potential discrepancies and escalating findings when appropriate.
- Support investigations related to validation, attribution and tracking issues under the guidance of senior team members.
- Assist with account audits, quality checks and operational reviews.
- Help maintain accurate account information and documentation.
- Support communication with clients and internal stakeholders regarding operational requests and follow-ups.
- Assist with reporting activities and data analysis.
- Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and automation.
- Currently pursuing a degree, or recently completed studies, in any field. Interest in digital marketing, analytics, technology or business is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Excel functions and data manipulation is desirable.
- Interest in process improvement and automation tools such as Power Query or Power Automate is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
