  • Lead the planning, design, and delivery of roadway engineering projects from concept through construction
  • Manage client relationships and serve as a key point of contact for project stakeholders
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal roadway design standards and regulatory requirements
  • Perform QA/QC reviews and maintain high-quality engineering outputs
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and subconsultants
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development and technical growth
  • Support business development efforts including proposals, scope development, and client engagement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Georgia required
  • 6–10+ years of roadway engineering experience
  • Strong knowledge of GDOT standards, roadway design criteria, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with roadway design tools such as MicroStation (OpenRoads preferred; AutoCAD acceptable)
  • Familiarity with AASHTO “Green Book,” MUTCD, and FHWA guidelines
  • Proven ability to manage projects, teams, and client relationships
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment
