Guest Services Associate (Stroudsburg)

The Beauty Institute - Stroudsburg is currently looking to add to our team at our campus in Stroudsburg, PA.  The right candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, a positive attitude and be a team player.  As the first face seen when anyone comes through our doors, we look to our Guest Services Associate to continually be proactive in creating a pleasant atmosphere.  The goal is to always maintain a positive environment for our students, teachers and clients.
  

Responsibilities Include:

• Greet Clients
• Schedule Appointments
• Book clients to achieve salon goals
• Build and Maintain client relations through excellent customer service and promotion
• Handle Client Check-Ins and Check-Outs
• Answer Phones
• Assist with Inventory and Placing Orders
• Maintain a pleasant environment for students, teachers, and clients
• Generate Daily Reports
