The Premium Guest Services program offers students hands-on experience in the sports and entertainment industry through gameday operations and guest service within Ford Field premium spaces. Ambassador’s welcome guests, assist with wayfinding and ticketing, communicate guest feedback, and help create exceptional premium experiences on game days.
Responsibilities

- →Maintain professionalism when communicating with internal and external contacts
- →Must be accurate and efficient with ability to meet deadlines
- →Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- →Adjust work schedule to meet departmental demands
- →Keep appropriate information confidential
- →Will accept other responsibilities and duties required by the supervisor consistent with the objectives and essential functions of this position
Requirements
~1 min read- Current college sophomore, junior, senior, or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Sports Management, Hospitality, or a related field
- Strong customer service skills with prior experience in guest-facing or service-oriented roles required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be available to work all Detroit Lions home games and other Ford Field events throughout the season
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
