Responsibilities

They are currently undergoing significant infrastructure and workplace transformation initiatives to support their continued growth and operational excellence.
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to drive the execution of infrastructure and digital workplace deliveries within this environment.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will coordinate technical deliveries, manage dependencies, and ensure high-quality outcomes in line with timelines and project requirements. You will act as a key link between project management, technical teams, and external partners.
How you'll spend your day
- →Drive and track the delivery of infrastructure and digital workplace workstreams.
- →Coordinate closely with project leadership, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
- →Manage collaboration with external vendors, ensuring timely delivery and implementation.
- →Identify and manage dependencies across project workstreams.
- →Proactively identify risks and issues, ensuring mitigation plans are in place.
- →Provide regular status updates on progress, risks, and deviations.
- →Ensure alignment and implementation of technical requirements (e.g. network, cabling, power, cooling, workplace equipment).
- →Coordinate with construction and implementation teams to ensure smooth execution.
- →Contribute to decision-making materials and recommendations when needed.
- Strong experience in delivery management within infrastructure and/or digital workplace projects.
- Proven ability to manage complex dependencies, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Hands-on, execution-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of technical infrastructure environments (network, workplace setup, etc.).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in structured environments with clear governance and reporting lines.
