Client Services Manager, IDD Services

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our Monroeville, PA Habilitation Office.

As a Client Services Manager, you will play a key role in managing client services, supporting field staff, building community partnerships, and contributing to the growth and success of the office. • →Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high-quality client care and support services
• →Coordinate client services and manage emergent staffing and scheduling needs
• →Manage and grow an assigned caseload through proactive relationship-building and service excellence
• →Develop strong partnerships with clients, families, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
• →Foster collaborative and communicative relationships with field and office staff
• →Monitor key operational and financial performance metrics to support office success
• →Partner with Clinical Managers to provide guidance, supervision, and support to field employees
• →Support employee engagement, retention, and overall service quality
• →Contribute to office growth initiatives and business development efforts

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience working with the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) population strongly preferred
• Prior healthcare, medical office, home care, or human services experience preferred
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
• Demonstrated success in achieving goals and taking on increasing levels of responsibility
• Strong desire for career growth and advancement
• Proficiency with computer systems and electronic medical records (EMR)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
