Part-time Residential DSP in Glen Burnie, MD - 16hrs

**Job Summary:**
Bay-CSS is looking for a Part-time Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Glen Burnie, MD for the Friday and Saturday overnight awake shift (11pm to 7am). The DSP will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with disabilities during these hours, providing support, ensuring safety, and promoting independence in a community-based residential setting.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Assist individuals with disabilities in personal care activities and daily living tasks during the overnight shift.
2. Support community integration by facilitating participation in various activities and events.
3. Maintain a safe and clean living environment for residents.
4. Document observations, progress, and any incidents as per agency protocols.
5. Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals throughout the night.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality care.

**Qualifications:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities highly preferred.
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
4. Compassionate and patient demeanor.
5. Ability to lift at least 50lbs.
6. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance required.
7. Must pass a background check.
8. Willingness to attend and complete all required trainings as scheduled.
9. Availability to work Friday and Saturday overnight shifts (11pm to 7am).
