Be part of a cross-functional team, directly contributing to feature development and maintenance of a global product;
Partner with colleagues to build and maintain tooling for test, development, automation, and release processes improvement;
Advocate for the engineering perspective when communicating with product and design;
Follow best development practices to achieve continuous improvement;
Provide the team with a quality strategy that supports the team's delivery goals;
Be constantly challenged to create world-class solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in a Technology-related field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar)
Previous experience leading and managing development teams
Strong foundations in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving
Experience with backend and/or frontend integrations (web or mobile)
Experience with RESTful services and microservices architecture
Advanced knowledge of design patterns and software development best practices
Strong understanding of software testing concepts (unit, integration, regression, automation, testability, stress testing)
Experience with agile methodologies
Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
Collaborative mindset, focus on quality, product-oriented vision, and DevOps culture
Advanced English proficiency
Nice to have: Experience with AI-powered development tools and IDEs with artificial intelligence features.
