We are on a mission to professionalise and scale our Salesforce CRM platform so it can better support our global revenue, finance, operations, and data functions. Salesforce is becoming a core system in how we manage revenue processes, customer data, integrations, reporting readiness, and operational handoffs across the business. To support this, we are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead based in Belgrade.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will combine technical ownership with people management, ensuring the team delivers high-quality solutions while maintaining a scalable, secure, and well-governed Salesforce platform.
You will lead a team of Salesforce developers, guide technical decision-making, and help shape the platform as we continue to centralise customer master data, improve integrations, strengthen development standards, and build Salesforce as a reliable source of truth for commercial and operational processes.
Our current Salesforce team consists of CRM professionals across Denmark, Serbia, Romania, and Germany, including business analysts, project management, adoption, Salesforce admins and developers.

Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, supporting their technical growth, delivery quality, and day-to-day priorities.

Take ownership of Salesforce development standards, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, well-tested, and properly documented.

Act as the technical lead on Salesforce projects, helping translate business needs into strong technical solutions.

Own and govern Salesforce integrations, ensuring reliable, scalable, and well-documented data flows across finance, revenue, data, and external systems.

Partner closely with business analysts, project managers, adoption specialists, admins, and stakeholders to deliver CRM solutions that support real business processes.

Shape and drive the Salesforce technical roadmap together with CRM leadership.

Review and challenge solution designs, technical specifications, and development approaches before build.

Implement and improve best practices for Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, testing, deployment, and version control.

Support release planning, deployment quality, and production stability.

Help reduce technical debt and improve the long-term health of the Salesforce platform.

Guide the team in using modern development tools and AI-assisted workflows responsibly, without compromising quality or platform standards.
Requirements
~1 min readAt least 6 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce CRM.
Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing developers.
Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce platform architecture.
Experience with Git-based version control and modern development workflows.
Familiarity with CI/CD, deployment tooling, automated testing, and release management.
Strong understanding of integrations, data flows, and system dependencies.
Ability to balance technical quality with business priorities.
Comfortable challenging unclear requirements and helping the team move from ideas to well-structured solutions.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Experience working in agile or iterative development environments.
Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer, JavaScript Developer, App Builder, or Architect track certifications, are advantageous.
Familiarity with tools such as GitHub, Linear, Cursor AI, or similar development and planning tools is a plus.
Explain complex technical ideas in a simple and practical way.
