We’re a dynamic, independent studio of over 1200 passionate employees, with studios in Toronto (Behaviour Toronto), Rotterdam (Behaviour Rotterdam) and in the UK (Behaviour UK–North & South). The Head of Licensing will act as Behaviour’s primary point of contact for all licensing activities, working in close partnership with the Business Development, Production, and Product teams. This role will support the entire Behaviour portfolio, overseeing both the integration of new licenses into Behaviour’s games and the external licensing of Behaviour’s brands to third-party partners.
• Lead the execution of Behaviour Interactive’s inbound and outbound licensing strategies across the full portfolio.
• Oversee the integration of third-party licensed content into Behaviour games in collaboration with production, marketing, and product teams.
• Manage licensing deal processes, including negotiations and contract execution, in partnership with legal and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for licensors, licensees, agents, and external partners.
• Ensure consistent and compliant use of licensed and Behaviour-owned intellectual property across internal and external initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve licensing processes, operational efficiency, and cross-team alignment.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• 5–9 years of relevant professional experience in licensing, publishing, or business development.
• Proven expertise in negotiation, partnership development, and strategic planning.
• Solid understanding of intellectual property management and brand governance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams across creative and business functions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• 5–9 years of relevant professional experience in licensing, publishing, or business development.

• 5 à 9 ans d’expérience professionnelle pertinente.

• Bonne compréhension de la gestion de la propriété intellectuelle et des standards de marque;
