This position requires you to be in the office in Montréal three days a week!

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator intern to play a central role in the success of our campus hiring and internship programs, while also providing flexible support across broader Talent Acquisition initiatives. To be considered for this internship, you must:

· Be able to work 37,5 hours/week for 4 months starting June 2026

· Be eligible to work FULL TIME in Canada, in Québec at the time of your application

Provide key coordination and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, with a strong focus on powering our Campus program.

Support interview scheduling and candidate logistics throughout the recruitment process.

Write job postings and assist with their distribution across our recruitment platform and Linkedin.

Contribute to the preparation of Talent Acquisition presentations and internal materials.

Welcome candidates onsite and support studio visits when required.

Support recruitment events, employer branding activities, and intern onboarding initiatives.

Experience in recruitment coordination, campus recruitment, HR, or event planning.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable interacting with candidates and internal teams.

Ability to follow processes and support multiple tasks simultaneously.

Professional proficiency in French and English.

Strong interest in the video game industry and creative environments.

Assurer un rôle clé de coordination et de soutien administratif au sein de l’équipe Acquisition de talents, en contribuant activement au succès de notre programme Campus ;

Soutenir la planification des entrevues et la logistique liée aux candidats tout au long du processus de recrutement ;

Rédiger les offres d’emploi et contribuer à leur diffusion sur notre plateforme de recrutement et sur LinkedIn ;

Contribuer à la préparation de présentations en acquisition de talents et de documents internes ;

Accueillir les candidats sur place et accompagner lors des visites de studio, le cas échéant ;

Soutenir les événements de recrutement, les activités de marque employeur et les initiatives d’intégration des stagiaires.

Expérience en coordination du recrutement, en recrutement sur les campus, en ressources humaines ou en organisation d’événements ;

Bonnes compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail ;

Aptitude à établir des relations positives avec les candidats et les équipes internes ;

Capacité à suivre des processus et à soutenir plusieurs tâches simultanément ;

Maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l’anglais ;

Fort intérêt pour l’industrie du jeu vidéo et les environnements créatifs.
