Senior Analyst / SME – Loan Reconciliation (CLO/CDO)

Job Title : Senior Analyst / SME – Loan Reconciliation (CLO/CDO) Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Relevant Experience : 2.5 to 6 years Must Have Skills : 1. Strong knowledge of Loan Syndication (Cash Reconciliation & Position Reconciliation) 2. Experience with Bonds, Equity, and CLO/CDO structures 3. Proficiency in tools like Solvas, Global Cash Manager (GCM), and GRX platforms 4. Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) Good Have Skills : 1. Knowledge of different market traded processing 2. Experience in process improvement initiatives 3. Exposure to regulatory and compliance frameworks in loan operations Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Perform cash and position reconciliation for syndicated and non-syndicated loan deals, focusing on CLO/CDO transactions 2. Investigate cash breaks and identify discrepancies/exceptions. 3. Collaborate with Agent Banks, Clients, and internal teams to resolve issues in a timely manner 4. Use platforms like Solvas, GCM, and GRX for transaction processing and reconciliation 5. Maintain detailed documentation of investigations and resolutions 6. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies 7. Support continuous improvement initiatives in reconciliation processes 8.
