Strong team handling and people management skills 3. Experience in inbound customer support operations 4. Good knowledge of KPIs, SLA, and performance management 5. Ability to handle escalations and drive team performance Good Have Skills : 1. Exposure to multiple international processes 2. Stakeholder management 3. Basic reporting and Excel skills 4. Training and mentoring experience Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Manage and lead a team in international voice process 2. Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs/SLA targets are met 3. Handle customer escalations and provide resolution 4. Conduct regular team reviews, feedback, and coaching sessions 5. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth operations 6.
