  • Own the development of RF hardware solutions from initial requirements through verification and release
  • Create and refine board level and subsystem designs used in complex aerospace and defense platforms
  • Perform analysis, simulation, and performance optimization for RF and mixed signal circuits using common industry design tools
  • Partner with cross functional teams in engineering, manufacturing, quality, and test to ensure designs are practical, reliable, and production ready
  • Support hardware bring up, troubleshooting, integration activities, and transition into build environments
  • Prepare clear design records, technical rationale, and validation materials to support development milestones
  • Contribute in technical discussions with internal stakeholders and external partners when needed
  • Share knowledge with peers and help strengthen technical execution across the team
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a similar technical field, advanced education is valued
  • Strong experience designing RF and microwave hardware in aerospace, defense, military electronics, or other high reliability environments
  • Background in board level hardware development and subsystem integration
  • Experience using industry-standard engineering software for design, simulation, analysis, and product development.
  • Understanding of mixed signal hardware considerations, lab validation, and design tradeoff analysis
  • Track record of supporting products through development, test, and production readiness
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work well across technical teams
  • U.S. citizenship is required, and candidates should be eligible to pursue a security clearance
