As a Senior Manager, ERP Transformations, you will play a key role within our Global SAP Transformation practice, helping leading organizations deliver complex business and supply chain transformation programs enabled by SAP and other enterprise technologies.
You will work alongside client leadership teams, system integrators, and Bluecrux experts to drive program execution, governance, stakeholder alignment, and business readiness across large-scale transformation initiatives. Acting as the connective tissue between business, technology, and delivery teams, you will help ensure transformation programs remain aligned to business objectives while successfully navigating complexity, dependencies, and organizational change.
This role combines strategic exposure with hands-on delivery leadership. It is ideal for a consulting professional who has gained experience leading transformation workstreams, PMOs, or deployment activities and is ready to take the next step into broader program leadership and client ownership.
Responsibilities

Lead program governance and transformation management activities across large-scale SAP and ERP-enabled supply chain transformation programs.

Drive integrated planning and execution across business processes, technology, data, deployment, and change management workstreams.

Establish and facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive stakeholder meetings.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, client stakeholders, system integrators, and delivery partners to ensure successful program execution.

Establish and lead the Transition Management Office (TMO), coordinating knowledge transfer, resource onboarding and alignment, playbook formalization, transition planning, and readiness activities to ensure a seamless transition into steady-state operations.

Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and critical decisions across complex transformation environments.

Drive accountability across stakeholders and workstreams, ensuring commitments are translated into measurable outcomes.

Support deployment readiness, business adoption, cutover activities, and major program milestones.

Develop executive communications, program reporting, and decision-making materials for senior stakeholders.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of Bluecrux delivery methodologies, governance frameworks, and transformation approaches.

Coach and mentor consultants while supporting the growth of our SAP Transformation practice.

Requirements
~1 min readBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
Typically 10–15 years of experience in management consulting, supply chain transformation, ERP implementation, or enterprise program delivery.
Experience leading PMO, governance, deployment, or transformation workstreams within large-scale SAP or ERP transformation programs.
Proven experience delivering enterprise transformation initiatives involving SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle ERP, or similar platforms.
Experience working within consulting environments or leading complex client-facing transformation engagements.
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, customer service, or related domains.
Ability to connect technology-enabled transformation initiatives to broader business and operational objectives.
Experience working across business, IT, and external delivery partners in complex transformation environments.
Understanding of large-scale deployment programs, business readiness activities, and organizational change considerations.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across diverse teams.
Excellent facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Structured and pragmatic mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Ability to navigate complex, ambiguous environments, bringing clarity, structure, and direction to evolving challenges and competing priorities.
Ability to simplify complexity into actionable plans and maintain momentum in fast-paced environments.
Comfortable operating across multiple workstreams, functions, and stakeholder groups.
Partner with senior leaders to identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts.
Support go-to-market initiatives that strengthen Bluecrux's presence in the U.S. market such as conferences, thought leadership, and webinars

Experience supporting global or multi-country SAP transformation programs.
Exposure to Organizational Change Management and business transformation methodologies.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and project management tools such as Azure DevOps.
Experience working alongside major system integrators
