Dental Assistant / RDA

• Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (Depending on Experience & Licenses)

• Experience: Dental assisting experience is preferred, but not required. We love training eager newcomers!
• Licensure: A current California RDA License is a major plus (and commands the higher end of the pay scale), but is not required.
• Certifications: Active BLS/CPR Certification is preferred (or a willingness to obtain it upon hire).
• Technical Skills: Experience with dental software is a plus (Open Dental is preferred).
• Mindset: Strong communication skills, a reliable work ethic, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Safety & Compliance: This position is safety-sensitive; successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening is required. We strictly follow CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines to keep our team and patients safe.

• →Learn Clinical Assisting: Train to effectively assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• →Clinic Operations: Prepare, sterilize, and turn over instruments and operatories cleanly and efficiently.
• →Imaging & Records: Take high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays) as permitted/certified, and maintain accurate documentation.
• →Patient Comfort: Provide excellent chairside support, ensuring every patient feels safe and welcomed from the moment they sit down.
