Responsibilities

→Advise clients on sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer, and asset protection strategies
→Represent high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on trusts & estates matters
→Counsel clients on business succession planning, real estate holdings, and integrated planning strategies
→Oversee drafting and implementation of complex wills, trusts, family entities, and related structures
→Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted long-term advisor
→Collaborate with fellow attorneys and staff in a collegial, team-oriented environment
→Contribute to leadership, mentorship, and continued growth of the practice

Requirements

Active Georgia Bar license in good standing
5+ years of experience in estate planning, trusts & estates, private wealth, or high-net-worth planning
Current partner/shareholder candidates encouraged to apply
Strong technical knowledge in sophisticated planning strategies
Proven ability to manage client relationships and complex matters independently
Business development experience or portable relationships welcomed, but not required depending on background
