Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, quality management, engineering, or related field (i.e., quality management engineering, production control and automation, business management…)
- Relevant certifications in quality management systems or related areas.
- Experience in quality management systems (ISO 9001) implementation and auditing
- Strong background in document control, process documentation, and quality systems management.
- Experience conducting quality assessments and implementing quality improvement initiatives in the manufacturing environment (mechanical industry)
- Brief knowledge of design and manufacturing processes relevant to sourcing operations
- Strong English proficiency to design and implement processes on a global scale, ensuring seamless collaboration across international teams, and conducting audits of factories and suppliers worldwide.
