We are seeking a reliable, personable, and highly organized Part-Time Intern to support day-to-day workplace operations with a primary focus on front desk coverage, facilities coordination, and employee engagement support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and helping create a welcoming and well-run office environment.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and clients
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage visitor check-in and badge/access processes
- Answer and direct incoming inquiries (in-person, phone, email)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory; restock as needed
- Coordinate deliveries, mail distribution, and shipping logistics
- Assist with conference room setup, including technology and seating
- Support general office organization and upkeep across shared spaces
- Liaise with facilities or vendors for basic office needs.

- Provide responsive support for general workplace inquiries
- Escalate issues or concerns to appropriate contacts when needed
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a college program
- · Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- · Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- · Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Requirements
~1 min read- Must have access to a personal vehicle for occasional errands (mileage will be reimbursed)
- Ability to be on-site during scheduled part-time hour
