Braze is looking to hire a Manager on our Services Consulting team. Braze’s Service Offering Managers act as trusted advisors to our prospective clients and Sales team during the sales process, adapting their extensive expertise on the Braze services to meet customer needs. Our Service Offering Managers support the Braze sales organization during pre-sales in scoping client service requirements, presenting our service offerings, building comfort and confidence in the value of Braze services, and positioning optimal service pricing and packaging to potential customers.
This role is an opportunity to expand on your people management and leadership skills, while partnering with Braze’s sales, Solutions Consulting, and post-sales services teams. The role will draw upon your people-management skills and experience in service delivery, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or related fields, along with a high level of curiosity and proven track record of execution. You will serve as a mentor, advocate, and leader for the Services Consultants on your team.
The role requires some travel —at most 30% at peak times —and is based in one of our sales offices—New York City, London, San Francisco, Chicago, Austin, Singapore, or Sydney.
